With over 17 years of commercial real estate industry experience, Brad’s background includes the acquisition, capitalization, leasing and asset management of commercial real estate projects. Brad served for 10 years as Senior Managing Director at Roberts Commercial Real Estate, a vertically integrated real estate development and acquisition firm that focuses on value-add office, medical office, retail and light industrial projects across the Southeast. Brad’s relevant investment experience includes the acquisition/development of approximately 4.5 million square feet of property valued at more than $800 million. He is an alumnus of Georgia Southern University where he studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.



Tyler served as Principal of Wayzata Investment Partners, a firm that managed approximately $7 billion in institutional capital at its peak. During Tyler’s 12 years with Wayzata, he was involved with corporate credit and restructurings, in addition to developing a commercial real estate platform focused on distressed, opportunistic and value-add opportunities for the firm.

Tyler’s portfolio experience includes the acquisition of approximately 7 million square feet of property valued in excess of $750 million. His geographic markets span nationwide including Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland, Silicon Valley, Tampa and more. His investment experience spans various product types including: mixed-use developments, office, retail and self-storage. He is an alumnus of the University of Colorado at Boulder where he studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting.
